	I THINK IT'S AN INFECTION BUT IDEK ANYMORE i get mild ones like every two to three days and then really awful ones a couple times a month but idk if they're full on infections or just like, sinus headaches? i used to get them so bad that i'd throw up and black out BUT I REALLY HOPE I'M NOT GETTING BACK TO THAT STAGE (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	hmmmmmmmmmmm dr. cairo says you don't get infections every 2-3 days, especially if they resolve by themselves. dr. cairo advises you to see an otolaryngologist. okay this is going to sound crazy but my mom is a hippie and she uses these pure grade A essential oils for like.. everything and idek. BUT she gave me a bunch when i was sick and i got better in just a few days, they seem to prevent disease, and i used to be VERY SKEPTICAL but then i used them and they are little bottles of miracle oil. SO. i asked my mom what she would "prescribe" for sinus infections or w/e and she had a bunch. umm idk if you are interested in some ~alternative cures~ or anything but if you've tried everything else they might work. i know they work for me when i have anything wrong.

ANYWAYS if you are at all interested you can go to www.youngliving.com/reneeblank and just search these. they are not super expensive ($15-$25? i think?).

eucalyptus, RC, clove, peppermint, conifer

basically you just put a few drops on and rub them around. like, once or twice a day. IDK I THINK YOU CAN READ MORE ABOUT IT ON THE WEBSITE.
